My birthday, by Eliana P.V. I waited as patiently as I could for birthday guests to arrive. When I finally gave up and climbed on a chair to peek at the table, Mom swooped over, gave me a quick hug, and sent me back to waiting. So I hung out by the door to make sure I didn't miss any action. After those silly adults took WAY too long finishing dinner, it was finally time to attack the CAKE. I practiced blowing out the Dora candle a few times before the main event. Then I got to EAT! The cake was OH SO YUMMY and gave me what Dadda called a sugar-high.
